We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Engagement Survey Project Coordinator in our Lincolnshire, IL office. This position will support Aon's Performance, Reward and Talent group.
Job Overview
The person in this role will support the delivery of large, complex research projects, including day-to-day client management and project management of schedules, budgets and all deliverables. You will work with the Project Manager to plan key activities of the project and help manage the various work streams.
Duties and Responsibilities
Project Management
- Support the delivery of large, complex research projects
- Serve as supporting client interface during the execution phase of the project
- Coordinate the management of various work streams
- Coordinate the work of all team members to produce on-time, high quality deliverables, including the Lead Consultant, Project Manager, Programmer, Analyst, Data Manager and any other team members
- Manage the budget, including detailing the original budget to define expected time for each team member
- Ensure that the Engagement Team's standard Project Management Process including appropriate use of documents is followed
- Provide viable alternatives to solve client requirements regarding timing and budgets
Project Execution
- Create project plans in alignment with firm-wide project management principles, processes, and tools and Engagement team's standard project management process
- Work with the Project Manager and client to draft engagement survey items that align to Aon Hewitt's Engagement model and are actionable, customizing as necessary to meet client needs
- Aid the development and design of the client's organizational structure as it relates to reporting results
- Collaborate with Project Manager on results analysis
- Manage and finalize the results presentation document
- Assist in the conducting of action plans and focus groups when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in a combination of project management, market research and/or Engagement
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong project management skills, primarily being highly organized, giving high attention to detail, and having strong time-management abilities
- Strong sense of initiative and ownership
- Excellent interpersonal skills related to collaboration and team building
- Knowledge and experience with standard MS Office products as well as high familiarity with computers and popular applications
- Knowledge of data collection techniques and processes

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
