What you'll be doing:
Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap, aligning it with the company's vision and market opportunities.
Tailor website experiences to meet the specific needs and preferences of different customer segments.
Identify key moments of engagement, conversion, and potential friction in the customer journey.
Continuously monitor and analyze website & customer performance, gathering feedback and data to drive improvements and iterate on product features.
Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve website performance and user satisfaction.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to iterate on design elements and functionality.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform product decisions.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
Manage product launches, including go-to-market strategies, pricing, and promotional plans to ensure successful market entry.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to website optimization and user experience.

Ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Proven success in bringing products to market and achieving business objectives.
Familiarity with A/B testing, SEO, and content management systems.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of agile development methodologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 8
years of experience in product management, eCommerce, customer experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role What's needed- Preferred
Qualifications:
