HOH Water Technology is a leading, growing, third generation water treatment company celebrating 55 years of business! We are seeking a Sales Administrator that utilizes excellent customer service and administration skills to facilitate the Sales Manager and broad sales team.
This is a full-time, hybrid position working out of the Palatine, IL office 3 days a week and remotely if desired the remaining 2 days.
Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in an office setting.

Main responsibilities of the Sales Administrator include:
Facilitate customer orders for house accounts by processing and preparing quotations.
Pipeline system coordinator.
Assist in managing and monitoring the commission tracking system.
Manage and setup new customers and required customer websites.
Supports the Sales Leader and team on large projects.
Assists with Marketing support on projects, customer expos, and social media marketing.

Ability to work under strict deadlines.
