Senior Business Technical Analyst at Zebra Technologies in Lincolnshire, IL
Zebra is looking for a talented Business Systems Analyst to join our growing Digital Automation team. This individual will conduct business and systems analysis for Zebra's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other digital automation initiatives. Interested? Join our team today! Ideal location would be Lincolnshire, IL but open to hiring remote Responsibilities Manage technology needs assessments to identify automation opportunities within Zebra's business and functional units Analyze complex business problems that need to be solved with automated solutions Conduct business and systems analysis, and develop functional and technical requirements for Zebra's RPA and other digital automation initiatives Write user stories, develop business requirement documents, estimate project effort and costs, and conduct capacity and sprint planning (in Jira environment) Assist with testing and quality assurance of RPA tasks and other digital automation deliverables Provide project management assistance for digital automation initiatives Closely collaborate with multiple business and IT teams to ensure timely end-to-end delivery Manages the development of software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of data for internal department planning and activities Manages mission critical process flows and solutions for business problems Performs complex configuration, setup, and updating of application, including table definitions and access control Manages validity of complex data entered established tables, fields and system databases Design's extensions and tailored solutions required for aligning packaged applications for business scenarios Builds and produces complex reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the requirements of business management and staff Manages availability and performance of systems and application environments through proactive as well as reactive analysis and maintenance Qualifications Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields required 8
years of IT business analysis experience required Experience working in Agile, DevOps, and Jira environment Preferred
Qualifications:
Master's degree preferred Experience working on RPA projects RPA development using UiPath experience Understanding business processes related to Oracle EBS, Siebel, Salesforce, etc. Python and/or JavaScript development experience Experience with Azure Cognitive Services including Azure Form Recognizer Citizen development platform experience using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI Strong communication skills to effectively work with others Demonstrated ability to solve end user issues Advanced technical experience Ability to mentor team members Managing complex issues and applying root cause analysis Expert knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications Ability to implement new systems and tools Experience managing IT documentation processes Advanced analytical skills Advanced demonstration of project managing IT solutions Manages in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
