This Change Management Manager position is a North American-based role that support Sales Transformation & Operations. The successful candidate will employ their deep written and verbal communications, engagement, and coordination skills in a dynamic, fast-paced, rewarding environment that will often involve complex, multi-functional, global initiatives. This Change Management Manager position serves as a key leader of the Strategy and Transformation Change Management team that offers ongoing opportunities for collaboration - and the ability to make a significant positive impact on the success of the Sales Transformation & Operations organization, as well as on the experience of our transformation strategy. Responsibilities This role will focus heavily on leading the change management team to drive communications to improve the frequency, quality, and depth of the overall GO&S transformation strategy and supporting materials, to inform, educate, and influence both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
Change Management o Driving awareness, understanding, and adoption of new and modified tools, business processes, systems, and job roles o Manage a dynamically changing set of small and large projects, as well as some ongoing areas of communications and engagement responsibility o Establishing and maintaining a thorough understanding of Global Operations & Services capabilities and stakeholders - including order management, managed and support services, supply chain, quality, procurement, information technology and transformation functions o Understanding the impact of changes on different stakeholder groups, to develop appropriate communications plans and deliver effective and efficient communications and engagement activities internally and externally o Exercising judgment and experience to tailor the change management approach to meet the needs of a variety of project types, and apply context-specific methods, tools, and tactics o Representing the voice of the customer when planning and preparing communications to key Zebra stakeholders o Working with cross-functional Zebra Teams to support change management for Global Operations & Services in company-wide strategic change initiatives and/or projects o Collaborating with peer change managers across Zebra to drive continuous improvement in change management methodologies, documentation, communications, etc. Engagement and Communications o Developing and delivering project- and initiative-related communications and stakeholder engagement activities, potentially including email communications, awareness sessions, events, newsletters, videos, site banners, and posters, as well as content on intranet sites (SharePoint), extranet sites, and internet sites (Zebra.com, Support Community) o Applying deep understanding of Global Operations and Services operations, processes, and tools to anticipate and plan for change impacts across internal and external stakeholder groups - within, upstream, and downstream from specific processes o Collaborating with global and regional team members in Channel Communications, Corporate Communications, Services Marketing, Zebra Legal, Services, Operations, Leadership, and other departments to coordinate content, reviews, timing and delivery of internal and external communications o Preparing status and overview materials for use in quarterly business reviews and similar operations meetings o Establishing and maintaining necessary internal and external communications infrastructure, including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams repositories for project documents, distribution lists, mailboxes, etc. o Will be expected to lead and mentor team members or other less-experienced stakeholders across the business Qualifications oBA/BS from an accredited college or university o 8
years of relevant work experience o Excellent written English and oral English presentation skills. o Relevant professional experience, ideally in wide-ranging roles with change management and communications responsibilities o Ability to think and act strategically and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment o Solid project management skills, including ability to manage multiple, dynamic projects and tasks o Must be able to synthesize complex technical issues into consumable, audienceappropriate messages and materials. o International, multi-cultural work experience preferred o Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) o Attention to detail in content and visual presentation of materials o Ability to coordinate, leverage, and maximize the knowledge, skills, and efforts of others in non-reporting relationships and to achieve change management objectives in a project environment o Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to tailor style and messages for different audiences o Ability to interact with maturity and professionalism with people at all levels o Ability to work independently with limited supervision o Training in change management methodologies, such as Prosci ADKAR model, is a plus, but may be completed early during tenure in the role o Experience developing training strategies, training plans, training materials, and training delivery components is helpful background but not significantly within the scope of this role o Additional desirable skills include SharePoint, social media management, and video creation o Ability to travel up to 10% of the time and ability to telework oAttend critical events and meetings required on-site (as needed)
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, Organization Development & TrainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
