The HR Business Partner will support and partner with multiple leaders and their employees within the Supply Chain organization. The key role is to develop and execute HR programs and processes that build organizational and leadership capability to meet customer business needs. Candidates must demonstrate and apply their expertise across several strategic HR areas including organization design,talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, labor law and compliance, training,compensation, benefits, HR metrics and analytics, HR processes, policies, and systems. This position will ideally be based out of our Lincolnshire, IL office Responsibilities Valued and trusted member of the senior management teams of customer businesses Collaborative member of the global HR community including HR business partners and HR Centers of Excellence Participates in strategic business decisions and develops and implements HR strategies and operations needs to support business requirements Aligns global workforce and HR practices to business strategies Assesses effectiveness of organization design and partners with business to implement timely and impactful OD solutions Acts as a key change agent to support and drive any HR practices or cultural requirements Coaches employees and leaders for development and career planning Partners with talent COE and regional HR for talent management, talent acquisition, service delivery and leadership development strategies Manages Employee Relations function including partnering with legal counsel for any appropriate solutions Partners with customer organizations for all employee engagement / cultural transformation activities to drive high performance teaming Manages HR programs within the business or function Supervises the complex quantitative and qualitative analyses of financial and workforce data Provides support for all HR processes and policies Uses HRIS system to provide relevant metrics and predicative analysis to optimize business decisions in the areas of talent management and development, workforce planning, and talent acquisition Assists in the creation and implementation of career development tools and programs for employees Manages talent management, performance review and compensation processes for business partners Qualifications Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field 8
years of experience in human resources(including but not limited to Employee Relations, HR Project Design and Delivery, Change Management, Facilitating Process, Providing consultation as a trusted advisor) Demonstrated knowledge in various human resources functions (i.e. staffing, benefits, training) Capable of building effective working relationships with senior management Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills Adaptive and collaborative with colleagues at all levels across international, matrixed organizations while building strong relationships and working cross-functionally. Highly self-motivated/reliant/flexible with a can do solutions focused approach Team player who is able to influence, lead and drive projects-constantly looking for ways to improve and innovate Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong business acumen, customer focus, and influencing skills Strong leadership, team and facilitation skills Must be able to present concepts and recommendation to all levels of management Demonstrated ability to establish workload priorities and balance diverse tasks Preferred
Qualifications:
Knowledge of government regulations as they apply to employment practices
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
