The HRIS Partner Senior helps support the maintenance and administration of HRIS applications, programs, policies, and processes. Supports ongoing enhancements and drives continuous improvements to our current Oracle HRIS systems and tools with the goal of providing robust solutions and data analytics to support Zebra strategies. Responsibilities The Senior HRIS Partner will support the data integrity, testing system changes, and developing/running reports. Quickly and efficiently resolves system issues related to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Learning Management System (LMS), including user management and integrations. Assists in data clean-up as well as the investigation and resolution of data related issues. Analyzes data and supply scheduled and ad hoc reports to department leads. This role will interact with stakeholders across the organization providing support for an integrated human resource systems and processes. Regularly meets with end-users to understand business challenges and needs. Communicates updates via dashboard notifications, emails, and/or scheduled meetings. Provides training to end users on ATS and LMS. Use Oracle and additional HR software solution modules including 3rd party vendor systems, document management system, and reporting tools to support business partner requests. Manages and maintains vendor relationships. Participates in the implementation of various technological advancements in the HRIS area. Recommends and implements configuration changes and enhancements to improve operations. Assists in the implementation and testing of new applications, modules, and enhancements within assigned client groups. Creates technical instructions, process guides, and videos. Serves as a project team member for requirements gathering, implementation of new modules and system upgrades Works closely with HRIS team members, supports testing for system implementations and upgrades based upon HRIS leadership's direction. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or related experience defined as 5
years of professional experience in technical role 3
years of progressive HR Systems experience. iCIMS experience highly preferred. Key Skills and Competencies Prior experience designing and developing reports, dashboards, and scorecards. Prior knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Oracle applications including HRMS functionality, set-up tables, and table structures. Experience with iCIMS, Candidate Relationship Management Tools and degreed is strongly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of HR business processes Knowledge of Oracle HCM is preferred Problem solving skills and strong analytical skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage vast amount of data efficiently. Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholder groups.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
