IT Quality Assurance Analyst, Senior at Zebra Technologies in Lincolnshire, IL
Overview Maintains quality standards for IT solutions through software testing and debugging of software products. Responsibilities Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards Develops, modifies, and executes software test plans, automated scripts and programs for testing Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action Consults with team colleagues, application and infrastructure teams in resolution of problems Technical Qualifications Experience in Agile methodology Hands on experience with full stack web testing including navigation, UI elements, predictive input, multiple browsers, mobile testing, web methods, HTTP calls, API, consumer-driven contract Hands on experience with Content Management and Authoring Systems, preferably with Adobe Experience Manager Thorough knowledge of applicable information technologies and how to incorporate quality in solution deployment (e.g. AEM, Salesforce) Experience working with relevant QA tools (JIRA, TOSCA, Selenium/Cucumber) Works with project manager and team leads to create and manage the QA component of the project schedule Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience. Advanced Degree preferred Minimum of 5-8 years of experience Excellent communication skills Experience with end user issues Demonstrated technical experience Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively on projects Demonstrated experience trouble shooting Broad knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications Experience developing new systems and tools Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures Advanced analytical skills Demonstrated Project Management skills Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment Experience identifying and implement process improvements
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
