The Product Management team drives the development of product definition and planning to optimize the company's products and solutions. The team applies broad knowledge of company's product and solutions capabilities as well as drive the environment to identify new growth areas, new technology and emerging product opportunities. Is responsible for the analysis and evaluation of key market statistics and customer requirements to define product strategies and identify product opportunities to expand market share. Additionally, these strategies drive advancing prototyping, lighthouse customer engagements and early products for our business units. As the Technical Product Owner (TPO), you will be responsible for translating Product Management requirements into Engineering through the use of Agile practices and common tooling. Specifically, you will author, coordinate and groom Themes, Epics and User Stories in Jira and collaborate with teams on co-authoring functional requirements. This includes growing the innovation velocity of all programs while making tradeoff decisions on when technical debt is acceptable in the early incubation periods of developing proofs of concept and when minimum viable product commitments begin to emerge. The TPO will be a key linkage between Product Managers and Engineering staff. Therefore, you will drive the creation of products from existing ideas and help to develop new insights based on your experience and creativity. This role is both strategic and technical and requires significant confirmed experience. This position is available in the following Zebra offices:
Linolnshire, IL or in Mississauga, Canada Responsibilities The position has responsibility for the successful realization of product requirements, leading between Product Management and Engineering in diverse solutions that may span domains such as Cloud Services, IoT Edge devices, AI and more. The TPO ensures that they work with other teams and Program Management in broader communications of program status and progress. Work closely with teams to forecast, and deliver on requirements per Agile program increments and sprint plans. Run variable and changing requirements via groomed backlogs, engineering commits and quality assurance testing (unit and system). Handle product related communications to both internal and external associates. In some cases, support customer requirements clarification and customer pilot deployments. Lead and own solution technology decisions to balance alignment with wider enterprise architectural guidelines while supporting innovation achieved through new technologies. Participate in Agile planning, daily stand-ups, demonstrations, and retrospectives to structure, drive and support product development and delivery. Closely work with internal partners throughout the development process in negotiating design trade-offs that may be needed, while preserving the strategies and features intended in the requirements. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred 8
years of engineering, product management, technical product owner, or related subject area experience required Knowledge and experience of the full software development life cycle and processes. Must have some experience with AI/Computer Vision/Data Science and Machine Learning Preferred

Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
