The primary purpose of the Manager of Content Strategy is to lead a team of digital content production specialists tasked with authoring, editing, publishing and maintaining digital Zebra Marketing content, in collaboration with all other marketing functions. The Manager will work across the organization to lead digital content strategy for internal and external websites, define the CMS authoring standards, guide development work, and oversee production and deployment of content across various digital platforms to support Zebra's brand, goals and strategic initiatives. The role will be responsible for leading the digital delivery of marketing strategies and demonstrating the brand through the established digital journey goals and site templates while efficiently managing marketing content and data. This position must work in Lincolnshire, IL on a hybrid basis. Responsibilities Lead a team of digital Production specialists to deliver market-ready content on internal and external web sites in collaboration with Marketing stakeholders and agencies Act as a practice leader for Digital Content Strategy and Management in collaboration with platform product owners Maintain templates and processes for common digital content elements, including web pages, spec sheets, landing pages and data In collaboration with peers, build and execute the business' digital content strategy, including core components, alignment with the Buyer's Digital Journey and the monitoring of content and CMS components usage/value. Define and refine common processes and SLAs for digital content delivery associated with New Product Intro, Global & Regional Campaigns, Brand & Reputation, etc. Oversee and be the subject matter expert on Digital Content Management System management and long-term user strategies Understand and apply Buyers' Journey content maps for core products and verticals to the digital sites Mentor and inspire digital content team to seek and master knowledge of internal and external sites content strategy, content authoring/delivery best practices, and technical capabilities of Zebra's content management systems. Qualifications Required:
BA/BS degree in relatable field 8
years of relevant experience with marketing asset creation, B2B marketing campaigns, etc. Ability to lead strategy and process for a large group with a variety of stakeholders Strong digital content marketing skills & creative vision An outcome-focused approach to digital content creation, delivery and management Solid understanding of translating business requirements and brand personality into the digital journey Extensive experience in Digital Content Management tools (Adobe Experience Manager) Extensive experience in digital content strategy, management and delivery Process-oriented, enhancing efficiency through people, process and tools Recent leadership experience of large independent teams Preferred:
Successful experience managing diverse agencies & external resources
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & Management, Marketing Research & AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
