$27-$30/hour Temp-To-Hire for the right candidate! Not a traditional administrative assistant role! Must be within 30 minutes of Lincolnshire.
May consider outside of the 30 minutes if right skill set.
Wants to make sure talent can get into the office when needed.
Hybrid schedule, 3 days onsite Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Wednesday and Friday can work remotely.

Summary:
Provides administrative and clerical support typically to Senior Directors and Directors with a concentration on event planning.
This involves arranging travel itineraries, scheduling meetings using various types of media, taking responsibility for meeting logistics, including conference facilities, refreshments, and interfacing with third party service providers, and collecting data and preparing reports with limited direction.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Coordinates meetings by managing calendar Arranges and coordinates travel reservations and itineraries Responsible for meeting planning and logistics, including conference facilities, video-conferencing, equipment, refreshments and interfacing with 3rd party vendors Event Coordination experience to perform the following:
Kick off meetings the beginning of each year.
Mid Year Reviews All hands meeting 4x a year.
(Next meeting to be held in July) Responsible for offsite meeting coordination to include Hotel conference room booking, Food and Beverage coordination, AV equipment securing and comfortable using and setting up if necessary.
Internal and external event coordination to include community events.
Works with teams to gather content for meetings, reviews content with manager, creates and coordinates agenda for meetings, putting template together, coordinates time and schedules and sending out distribution to teams.
Must be comfortable with updated technology to include:
Zoom, Teams, Sharepoint, Microsoft suite Update sharepoint sites internally, coordinate and post featured stories from team.
Customer visit coordination at sites.
Strong powerpoint skills.
es Job Requirements HS diploma or GED required.

years of experience.
Zoom, Teams, SharePoint, MS Suite Preferred:
Language skills preferred but not a must.
Spanish speaking ideally as they work with teams in Mexico and South America.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Intermediate computer skills required; working with multiple software packages including word processing, spreadsheet, database and graphic/presentation packages.
Intermediate work experience with memos, letters, reports with tables, tabulations, merge document work, creation of spreadsheets with formulas, creation of presentations and graphics.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
