Makes scheduled rounds both inside and outside the buildings to maintain a secure environment for residents and their property as well as company property.
Responds to all fire alarms and emergency calls.
Continuous patrols of property and facilities.
Staff at gatehouse ensure the logging of visitors, residents, guests, vendors, etc.
and directs traffic on campus property.
Completes daily rounds reports.
Completes incidents reports (regarding medical response calls, theft of property, accidents, fires, serious mechanical malfunctions, emergency response, and violations of rules and regulations) Attendance is essential to this job.
Must also maintain dependability and punctuality as outlined in Attendance policy.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED EMR/EMT License Required.
