Mowery & Schoenfeld's rapidly growing wealth management team is seeking an experienced Portfolio Analyst with strong mathematical aptitude to create and maintain reports for the wealth management team.
If not already obtained, the eventual acquisition of the Series 65 licensure and/or CFA will be strongly encouraged.
The Portfolio Analyst will work directly with the M&S Wealth Management Trading and Portfolio Management team to provide a consistently high level of service to our clients.
Position Overview:
Support, analysis, and configuration of trading, portfolio accounting, and analytics systems.
Responsible for client web portal access:
setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Participates in projects to support or enhance the portfolio management processes and systems.
Support the creation of monthly and quarterly client reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
Produce database numerical reports and implement transactions.
Can do attitude to support the team to provide exemplary client service with clean and clear data quickly and efficiently.

years of experience in an Operations, Custodian, Trust Company, or Investment Firm environment Strong mathematical and analytical skills, service oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong organization skills.
Outstanding attention to detail, with ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting or exceeding deadlines.
Dependable with a strong sense of team effectiveness.
Superior Excel skills and a systems background with applicable software knowledge.
Working knowledge of performance reporting processes and portfolio management systems preferably Envestnet Tamarac, NitrogenCredentials:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
