SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an experienced IT Project Coordinator for a client in Lincolnshire, IL.
The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and assisting in the day-to-day operations and managing the IT application projects.
This position will supervise, mentor, and develop a team of IT production associates to ensure that production deadlines are met efficiently and safely.
The ideal candidate will enjoy mentoring others and have a proactive, problem-solving mentality.

Available shifts include 1st shift (6am-3:
30pm).
Responsibilities of the IT Project Coordinator:
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, scheduled and budgets for IT application project.
Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of meeting minutes.
Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
Serve as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project, status, risks, and issues.
Support project teams in identifying and resolving project-related issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Assist with resource allocation and coordination, ensuring appropriate staffing levels for project activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational goals and priorities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of management processes and best practices with in the PMO.
Preferred Qualifications of the IT Project Coordinator:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 yrs.
of experience in project administration, preferably in an IT or technology-related environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage mutltiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with cross-functional team.
