We provide residential and light commercial customers with 24-hour service and repair work related to plumbing, electrical, sewers and drains, underground sewer and water services, heating, cooling and indoor air quality.
We seek a Dispatcher to help run our fast-paced dispatch office.
Dispatch experience is required, preferably in the residential service industry.
As well, you must be a quick thinker, have a calm disposition and customer service background.
As a Dispatcher, you will route field technicians to service calls, making decisions that minimize drive time while assigning the right technician to the call based on the technician's skillset and expertise.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily schedules, completing field paperwork and other miscellaneous duties for 50 field technicians.
Excellent computer skills, knowledge of the plumbing and/or HVAC industries and the North Shore area streets are pluses for this position.
Other Duties and
Responsibilities:
Interface between customers, field technicians, and office support staff.
Help answer incoming service requests from customers.
Handle customer questions and minor concerns.
Rotate with the rest of management in fielding after-hours emergency phone calls and dispatching those calls to the appropriate on-call technician.

Dependability Strong organization skills Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively within our organization and with our valued customers An assertive personality Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
Knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems, a plus.
