The Desktop Support Administrator role is to provide a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment Minimum 2 years of Experience which includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment, especially focusing on iOS and Macintosh (including but not limited to PC, terminals, printers, and scanners) to ensure optimal workstation performance. Strong expertise on all MAC and iOS domains Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot, Windows 7, Windows 10, other OS and Microsoft Office 2013 and any other authorized desktop applications Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
