Lead Webshere Identity Security Middleware Architect Looking for a candidate that has WebSphere and Oracle Identity products. (OAM, OID, VDS) Business activity monitoring and business processes management. Senior level architect out of large environment who has WebSphere architecture experience. All of buzz words: pure Application Server, bill of materials, request of materials--roadmap, planning, architecture guidelines. Job Responsibilities- Acts in a lead technical role, providing expertise and guidance to groups across the enterprise in the design and support of architecture and infrastructure solutions for business applications. - Facilitates and reviews the definition and implementation of standards, methodologies, and best practices that guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems, and applications across the enterprise. - Oversees and participates in the design, implementation, administration, and support of systems architecture and infrastructure products and
services
to ensure security, availability, reliability, and scalability for the applications services and users of the environments, including development test, UAT, and production. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree - At least 3 years of experience as an IT systems Architect. - At least 7 years of experience in the design, implementation, and administration of application software, server and client hardware and system software, networks, databases, or Middleware products. - Experience working with Enterprise Architecture standards and processes and encouraging the application of standards across systems and organizations within the enterprise. - Experience negotiating with outside vendors, including negotiating contract terms, prices, resolving service issues and reconciling differences. - Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business
community
and with vendors. - Experience communicating technical information both verbally (on the phone, one-on-one, to groups) and in writing (emails, letters, reports, presentations) to various technical and non-technical audiences (work group, team, company management, prospective acquisitions, external clients). Preferred Qualifications and Interests- Bachelor's Degree in MIS,

Science or Engineering. - At least 3 years of experience as a Lead Systems Architect providing estimating, designs, planning, project plans, product roadmaps, reference architecture, patterns, Architecture Designs, and Process Improvements - At least 3 years of hands-on experience in at least 3 of the following technologies. WAS, WSRR, WTX, MBR, MQ, DATAPOWER, IDENTITY (VDS, OAM, OID), CPLEX, BAM, BPM, ODM. - At least 3 years of experience providing ROM's, BOM's, Business Estimates. - Experience with Pure Application Server. - Experience leading/managing infrastructure projects from Requirement Gathering to Implementation. - Strong Customer Service experience with the personality to lead change.
