Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:
3
years of experience in the field of Kronos Support
Configuration of Kronos Pay Policies in WTK 6.0 or higher.
Configuration of Kronos Accrual Policies in WTK 6.0 or higher.
Configuration and maintenance of WDM (Device
manager
) WTK 6.0 or higher.
Kronos System Administration including scheduling of
jobs
and
events
, configuration of profiles, application of Service packs, Application admin and use of Configuration Manager.
Development and modification of interfaces using WIM (Integration Manager and Designer) or Kronos Connect.
Tier 3 Kronos Support
Documenting Business/Technical Requirements, Test Plans and procedures.
Oracle SQL (MS SQL ok)
Windows Server Administration
Nice to have:
Kronos Process Designer
Kronos Report development (RDL format)
Java development.
Remedy
Payroll experience
Roles and responsibility:
Able to support existing Kronos system.
Coordinate with offshore team
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills:
Work with Business users to get their enhancement/code fix needs. Interact with existing model.
