Oversee staff members as they install, maintain, and test computers systems as they are deployed within individual facilities.
Coordinate the efforts of 3rd party vendors while negotiating billing and project deadlines.
Interact with other business units and the service desk team to define requirements and technical solutions.
Prioritize implementation and computer hardware repair tickets.
Select, onboard, and continuously train staff members to thrive at a fast-paced enterprise level.
