Oracle Data Modeler & Data migration

Roles and responsibility:
o Participation in requirements gathering and analysis of requirements
o Validation of business rules
o Review of exisitng data model
o Data transformation and migration from exisitng database to new database
o Source system analysis and identification of potential data quality issues
o Come up with enterprise data models including data model for Staging, ODS, EDW and Data Marts
o Experience in Oracle HR Data Model
o Should consider the database and tools used in the project to come up with the physical data models
o Performance aspects needs to be considered during data modeling
o Provide solution architecture guidance and technical support during implementation phase of the project
o Interaction with multiple teams who would be using the data model
o Should be capable of analyzing existing data models and come up with the potential issues with the model
o Identifies and solves process challenges through simulation of scenarios, analysis of performance metrics and advanced optimization techniques

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills:
o Work with Business users to get their new enhancements. Interact with the business on requirements and complete them in line with the expectation of Business IT.
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:
o Oracle data modeling experience (Mandatory)
o Oracle data transformation and migration experience (Mandatory)
o ETL (optional but preferred)
o Erwin tool experience is plus
o required Client facing skill and provide funcational expertise instantly whenever required.
o Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
