General Position Summary
Provide administrative support Sr. Vice President and departmental staff.
Essential Job Functions
1. Development and maintenance of budgets, reports. Correspondence, Target Account Database, Supplier Contract Files
2. Coordination and Planning of meetings, agendas, itineraries, orientation of new companies
3. Expense reports - coordinate management approvals, scan/consolidate receipts
4. Assist in yearly Departmental Budgeting Process
5. Vacation/PTO tracking and calendar management
6. Additional administrative tasks - coordinating check requests, mailing promotional items, proofreading/re-formatting documents; mail distribution
7. Cover for other Executive AA s as necessary

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
1. Expert Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
2. Excellent organization, prioritization, communication and multi-tasking skills - attention to detail and follow up are critical
3. Positive, friendly attitude. Self-motivated with strong work ethic
4. Dependable, reliable and dedicated to professionalism
5. Flexibility (commitment to complete tasks by the deadline even if it means working through lunch or coming in early/staying late)
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Desired Education and Experience
Minimum of 2-5 years of administrative assistant experience preferred; Proven success in support roles required. Technical interest or aptitude desirable.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
